Social Media Manager

Are you passionate about social media, audience growth, and digital marketing? We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can go beyond posting content and take ownership of our social media growth, community engagement, paid campaigns and performance analysis.

What You will be Responsible For:

• Social Media Management: Plan, manage, and optimise social media platforms to maintain a consistent brand presence.
• Community Management: Drive meaningful conversations, manage audience interactions, and build an engaged online community.
• Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to increase followers, reach, engagement, and overall brand visibility.
• Paid Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Analytics & Reporting: Analyse social media insights, audience behaviour, campaign metrics, and growth trends to make data-driven decisions.
• Strategy & Planning: Develop actionable social media strategies aligned with business objectives and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.

What We are Looking For:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
• Expert understanding of social media engagement, audience behaviour and organic growth.
• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven ability to optimise advertising campaigns for better performance and cost efficiency.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, including reach, impressions, engagement rate, CTR, CPC etc
• A strategic mindset with a results-driven approach to social media management.
• Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills.

Timings: Second Shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)

Job Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Work Mode: On-site

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience: 02 to 03 Years
